The Alligator Farm in St Augustine, Florida becomes a magical wonderland
come springtime when a variety of exotic birds, such as "Pretty Bird' come
to roost. It is also a favorite photographic landmark for nature lovers and
photographers from all over the nation.
It was my first visit there when I became immediately mesmerized and
captured this image of this stunning bird seemingly unaware of its own
beauty.
The Alligator Farm has become a favorite place of mine too now and I can
hardly wait to revisit come Springtime.
I used a hand held Nikon D1x propped on the railing running all along the
boardwalk over the alligators below in the murky water.
